We provide balcony and deck inspection, repair, restoration, waterproofing, and California compliance services (SB 721, SB 326, local code). Services are described on our website and confirmed in writing in a separate work agreement before any work begins.
3. Estimates and quotes
Estimates provided through this Site or by phone are non-binding and subject to on-site inspection and revision. A binding quote is provided only after on-site assessment and is documented in a written agreement signed by both parties.
4. Licensing and insurance
We operate as a licensed California contractor and maintain liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage as required by California law. License and insurance documentation is available on request.
5. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; (b) interfere with the Site’s operation; (c) use automated tools to scrape or copy content; (d) misrepresent your identity when submitting forms.

All content on this Site — text, photos, graphics, logos — is owned by California Decks & Balcony or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or republish without written permission.
